This is an operational role responsible for ensuring all legal aspects of commercial matters in that particular region are handled in a swift, efficient and cost effective manner

Minimum qualification & experience
Law degree and actively licensed to practice law in the region 4-7 years of relevant experience
Other knowledge/skills
Commercial Pricing Financial and Business acumen Knowledge of Data Voice and Managed services Analytical skills and Strategic acumen Strong presentation and communication skills Proficiency in using MS Excel and create iterative models
Key Responsibilities
Assist the legal operations team in connection with the Companys Contract Management System and ensure strong coordination with various business units within the Company w.r.t same Proactively addresses new processes to expedite legal support, legal documentation and management of risks Support on merger/demerger activities Responsible for review, vetting and finalization of network related agreements Negotiation, review, vetting, finalization, execution and registration of Lease-Ins and Lease-Outs Monetization Bid Process, Auction Process, Negotiation, Review, Vetting, Finalization of Drafts, Execution and Registration of Agreements/Deeds, Execution and Registration of agreements, deeds and such other documentation as may be necessary and required for a particular transaction in due adherence with the statutory regulations.
