Legal Administrator – Corporate
Leading UK firm are seeking a Legal Administrator to join them on an initial 12M FTC with scope to extend in London.
This role would suit those with previous legal administrative experience support commercial and corporate teams or internships within said fields.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting their market leading corporate department (recognised by independent guides with top tier consecutive rankings) your duties will include:
- Provide administrative support to Partners and fee earners with necessary matters.
- Supporting the management of diaries, booking appointments, and organising meetings for fee-earners.
- Performing office day to day administration work and provide general legal administrative support.
- Be the first point of contact for all direct queries to the Legal team.
- New matter openings, including conflict searches and preparation of Synopsis.
- Manage the Legal inbox, allocate, matters and queries within the team effectively.
- Drafting and preparing documents, files, and bundles; assistance with opening of all incoming posts, scanning and photocopying.
- Finance admin including supporting expense claims and account forms and billings assistance including drafting invoices and preparing emails for clients.
About You:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential.
- Previous Legal Administration experience supporting commercial or corporate department within a law firm environment.
