Contract Length: 3 months with potential extension to 6-9 months

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Business Support Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a mailbox, handling queries, and processing invoices. Our team specialises in cash and finance, so experience in these areas will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to queries in the mailbox
  • Process invoices and other finance-related documents
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Ensure efficient handling of financial queries

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
