A great candidate will have
- A Strong understanding of the childcare sector, including regulations, market trends, and quality standards.
- Knowledge of the Welsh in Education Strategic Plan and the ability to support Welsh language initiatives.
- Experience in business support, particularly within the childcare or education sectors.
- The ability to coordinate training programs and support workforce development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience in grant management and knowledge of external funding opportunities.
- Excellent IT skills with experience of data analysis and providing management information
- Experience of working effectively and in co-operation with a wide range of internal and external partners
- The ability to work at pace and switch between tasks whilst maintaining a high degree of professionalism
- To be innovative in driving projects forward
- To be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
