Your New Role

As a Customer Delivery Representative at Survitec, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. This position is ideal for someone who excels at problem-solving, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

What You Can Expect from the Role

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

Customer Focus: Be the primary point of contact for our customers, managing inquiries, quotes, orders, and complaints. Your aim is to turn every interaction into a positive experience.

Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and schedule technician visits, ensuring resources are managed efficiently so that every job is completed on time and to the highest standards.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they continue to trust Survitec for their safety and survival needs.

Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve complex issues, collaborating with other teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have

Essential Criteria:

A strong commitment to delivering top-notch customer service with a continuous focus on improving the customer experience. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to various audiences. The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, utilizing your analytical skills to tackle challenges. A collaborative mindset, understanding the importance of working well with others to achieve shared goals. Flexibility to adapt your approach in real-time to meet shifting demands. Experience with SAGE, IFS, or similar systems. Previous experience in the marine industry is advantageous.
