Our client is a growing SME  based in Farnborough who are looking for a HR Manager to join their team. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage all of the local HR activities. Someone who will play a crucial role in aligning local HR strategies with the global HR framework, while ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.  The role is a stand-alone position within the company and will report directly into C-level. There is the opportunity to make the role your own and to really have an impact on their business.

They are looking for someone with experience and an interest in the following areas:
  • Compliance and Legal
  • Recruitment and Talent Management
  • Employee Relations
  • Employee Communication
  • Training and development

To be considered for this role you should have: 
  • Minimum of 5 years experience of working within a HR environment
  • CIPD level 5 or above qualified
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working in a multinational environment
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices
  • Confidence to work across all levels of the business
