Pathway Lead

Exeter, United Kingdom InFocus Full time

About the role

We wish to appoint two pathway leads. One pathway lead will be responsible for all students in the Pioneer Pathway (our more able pathway), and the other will be responsible for all students in the Endeavour and Discovery Pathway (our complex pathways). These are full time roles.

This role is only open to QTS qualified teachers. You must have strong planning and curriculum delivery skills. You must be able to create and maintain great working relationships with the learning support workers in your team and lead by example. You will have passion and ambition for our students and a very holistic and person-centred approach to how learning is delivered and how students are supported.

You must have a desire to play a central leadership role within the college and a significant role in our improvement journey. You should be motivated by leading and developing others and working with the wider team across the college to ensure all students make good or better progress.

This role would be a great step for someone who may be looking for senior leadership opportunities in the future. InFocus College was recently graded ‘Good’ by OFSTED so this is an exciting time to join the team.
