Essex Sexual Health Service is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Support Worker to join our Integrated Sexual Health team.
Are you interested in making a difference to the patients attending Sexual Health and do you have excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to complement our existing team?
The CSW will assist the team in delivering care, one to one consultation with patients who request for routine check - up, meeting, greeting and registering patients and will assist the clinicians within clinic and outreach.

Main duties of the job
To welcome clients attending the centre and deal with face-to-face enquiries from the public about the range of services available To greet service users and visitors in a courteous, friendly and helpful manner To assist with the registration of clients using the electronic patient record system and department booking guidance including providing information via the phone and other communication method To set up reception, waiting and clinical areas, maintaining and recording cleanliness standards and contributing to the smooth running of service To ensure clinical and public areas are adequately stocked with clinical supplies, stationary and client information and with Support Worker Team coordinate stock management across all Integrated Sexual Health Centre Participate in the smooth coordination of stock management across all Integrated Sexual Health Centres as instructed
