Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Support clients in developing and maintaining daily routines and habits
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in community activities and social events
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of experience working with adults with learning disabilities and autism
  • Confidence in performing physical interventions and restraint training
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Valid driver's license with business insurance
