Your new company
A fast paced national property business based in Manchester are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Commercial Finance to support them on highly critical projects. They have seen outstanding growth over recent years as a group, organically and through multiple acquisitions.
Your new role
As Finance Change Manager, you will take ownership of the collation, production and issuing of commercial management information, whilst providing relevant profile data around potential acquisitions, sales of buildings and reports for lenders and investors. You will lead, plan and execute financial projects including initiation, business requirement documentation and process mapping. You will be taking ownership of identifying key opportunities for automation, streamlining and efficiency using operational data, trends and key performance indicators to provide valuable insights and make data-led decisions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified (QBE will also be considered) with previous experience of working within a fast-paced growing organisation. You will have excellent communication and business partnering skills, as well as strong project planning and time management skills. The client will show a preference towards candidates who have property/construction and/or M&A experience - this is preferable but not essential.
