Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the LPT Change Team and be part of the continued Trust electronic patient records improvement and implementation programme. This is an opportunity to be part of IM&T change. The post holder will be involved in the configuration of the electronic patient records system (SystmOne) and providing training and support to staff across the Trust. The role involves working across Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust sites, so a reliable vehicle is essential for this position. You must possess good communication skills, be highly organised, self-motivated, and efficient.

Main duties of the job

Job Description Summary (Main duties and responsibilities) LPT Change Team As an IM&T Change Officer, you will undertake system configuration in response to identified need and directorate work streams. You will play a role in embedding IM&T change by designing training materials and providing training and application support to staff across the Trust with different levels of understanding. You will be part of a team reviewing new system functionality and technology, providing advice, and proposing changes. You will provide a link to other IM&T teams to ensure they are advised of configuration changes or developments. You will work across all Trust directorates, including the three clinical directorates:CHS Community Health Services Families Young People & Children and Learning DisabilitiesDMH Adult Mental Health and Older Persons Mental Health The team comprises of IM&T Business Managers, IM&T Senior IT Specialist (Change Manager), IM&T Systems Optimisation Facilitators, IM&T Change Officers and an IM&T Programme Assistant.
