Senior Events Marketing Manager

TravelPerk is one of the most rapidly expanding SaaS startups and we are growing our presence even wider through Field Marketing We are looking for a Senior Events Marketing Manager to shape and execute a fieldbased marketing strategy driving both brand growth and demand generation in 2024 and beyond You will collaborate closely with our revenue and marketing leaders the sales development teams and marketers to deliver compelling events and programs that align with the companys goalsnbsp;
What will you be doing?
Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy aligned with the companys brand objectives and growth targets This includes defining the objectives for each event considering factors such as audience profile brand alignment and potential for lead generation Manage endtoend event planning including budgeting logistics vendor relationships onsite execution as well as KPIs Drive the pre and post events management from promotion attendance to followup with leadpipeline capture Work closely with sales revenue operations marketing operations and marketing on preevent communications and event lead followup Develop the event marketing team and provide mentorship Pioneer TravelPerk hosted eventsnbsp; Create engaging event content presentations and materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to attendees Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the ROI of each event providing postevent analysis and recommendations for improvement Stay current with industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities to enhance the events strategyWhat you will need to succeed?
Proven experience in events marketing and strategy development ideally in the B2B SaaS or tech industrySignificant experience working cross collaborativelynbsp;Strong project management skills including budget management and vendor relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on event ROISelfmotivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environmentWillingness to travel as required for event participationCreative thinking and problemsolving abilitiesOur Benefits
