Support Worker

Shift Patterns: A mix of waking nights and day shifts, varying each week.
As a Full-Time Support Worker, you will be a key player in delivering essential, person-centered support to two gentlemen with learning disabilities and complex health needs.Prior experience in Health & Social Care settings is essential. You should have a strong background in similar roles, equipped to foster independence and empower individuals to live fulfilling lives.
Your responsibilities will include: Personal Care: Assisting with daily hygiene and care routines. Manual Handling: Ensuring safe and effective physical support. Medication Administration: Managing and administering prescribed medications. Household Tasks: Helping with daily chores to maintain a comfortable living environment Build meaningful connections and create opportunities for social engagement and recreationDimensions is proud to be one of very few social care organisations that are accredited by the Great Places To Work programme in 2024 – now 5 years in a row
