Description:
The purposeof this role is to project manage small medium scale projectsthroughout the project life cycle and act as the liaison betweenbusiness and IS for ISrelated projects.
This roleactively participates are part of the Project Support team tosupport project delivery for key client groups.
Role isaccountable for Project Management Employee Engagement (ChangeManagement) and Facilitation for identified priorityprojects.
This role also provides mentorship within theProject Support team and contributes to the ongoing refinement andimprovement of Project Management Methodology and tools.
SpecificAccountabilities:
Participate inall phases of a project including scope definition cost/benefitanalysis design testing training implementation and support. Managethe project within prescribed deadlines and budget asrequired.
Provides and coordinates change management/employee engagement activities to ensure that systems areimplemented in a positive manner with the corresponding businessprocess redesign and training.
Participates in externalsoftware and hardware vendor relationships for product evaluationand coordinates testing and training of the product.
Keeps company management informed of project status through ongoingcontact communication and presentations.
Acts as aninternal project resource on other Company or Corporate projects orinitiatives as required providing business process knowledge andexpertise facilitation and leadership skills and system developmentexperience.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
REQUIRED:
Education:
Postsecondary degree or diploma or relevant workexperience
Minimum four (4) years project managementexperience
WorkExperience:
Demonstrated project managementexperience with diverse stakeholders.
Strongunderstanding of project management methodology.
Experience with change management initiatives and the ability toinfluence others.
Demonstrated facilitation experience(session design and delivery)
Competencies:
Excellent oral written& presentation communication skills.
Exemplaryorganizational skills.
Demonstrated leadershipskills.
Strong analytical skills.
ExcellentMicrosoft & internet office skills required (SharePoint MSProject PowerPoint Excel Word).
