Responsibilities include

, but are not limited to: Carrying out routine maintenance, emergency repairs, installations and training as well as general support in a professional, prompt and efficient manner to ensure total customer satisfaction Responding effectively and professionally to all customer requests ensuring that HQ Technical Support are informed to record onto Service Management System Providing a clear and accurate service report for all work carried out Maintaining personal stock of parts and carrying out inventory checks as requested Taking the initiative to continually enhance and develop knowledge and understanding of the complete product range Establishing an effective relationship with Technical Support to ensure a high level of communication and co-operation for all aspects of customer and product support Taking the lead in more complex installations involving third party products

You will bring good practical skills to this role with a methodical approach to resolving problems. Ideally, you’ll have a complete and detailed understanding of pressure systems and transportable gases.

You will also possess:

Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to learn new skills Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organisational skills
