This opportunity is a unique chance to improve your communication skills, time-management and initiative spirit.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Actively contribute to outbound & inbound recruitment strategy: direct sourcing, pre-screening candidates, managing logistics, preparing CVs and materials for our clients.
  • Work with top-tier, international clients including start-ups, consultancies, and other fast growing firms.
  • Publish our job descriptions on different job-boards.
  • Support the execution of projects that'll aim to improve our candidate experience, and the quality of our processes.
  • Create strong internal relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, advising on process and talent pipeline.
  • Strengthen our brand and ensure we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience at all points of the recruitment life cycle.
