In Hayling Island, we have three different services, all supporting people with different needs. These include physical and learning disabilities, as well as other complex and challenging behaviours. You will have the chance to work with all of the people and staff teams at all three places, as the three services are very close together. The staff teams and people we support often enjoy taking trips out together in the local community, to discos, on sailing trips or further afield So if you are a driver and would be happy to drive the service vehicle, that would be a great advantage too Your values:
