Salary:(dependingon experience) bonus OTE

Full Time andPermanent role will involve working Saturdays on a rotaBasis

Our client is anautomotive retailer representing prestigious car Brands they have atotal of 30 businesses providing sales service and accident repairservices across Sussex Surrey Kent andHampshire.


Establishedsince 1931 they are a successful and progressive third generationfamily owned business.


They are nowactively looking to recruit for a Service Advisor for their premiumand luxury car dealership in EdenbridgeKent.


Therole of the Service Advisor isto:

  • Provideour clients customers with a warm inviting and streamlinedexperience. Service Advisors will be required to build strong andtrusting relationships whilst delivering outstanding levels ofefficiency andcommunication.
  • Bea knowledgeable and supportive point of contact for customersrequiring servicing or repair to theirvehicles.
  • Successfullymanage the flow of information between the workshop the rest of thebusiness and the customer to guarantee a highly satisfactorycustomer experience and to meet our clients brandstandards.



KEYRESPONSIBILITIES


  • Provideexceptional levels of customer service and ownership throughout thecustomer sexperience.
  • Ensurea close relationship with the workshop to guarantee a high standardof communication for thecustomer.
  • Contributeto the achievement of productivity and customer satisfactiontargets by meeting and exceeding individual KPItargets.
  • Handlecustomer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently to createand maintain customer loyalty andretention.
  • Confidentlyestablish an understanding agreement with the customer of the workto be carriedout.
  • Accuratelymaintain the service department loading system in line withworkshopcapacity.
  • Managethe handover and administration and explain the work carried out onvehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation.
  • Understandand adhere to manufacturer servicerequirements.
  • Maintainsafe working practices and abide high standards of thebusiness.
  • Takeon additional responsibilities as required by thebusiness.
