Brand New Vacancy – Receptionist Supervisor

 As our Reception Supervisor, your duties will include:

  • Checking guests in and out
  • Training and supervising the team
  • Maximising revenue and minimising loss within the Department.
  • Promoting food and beverage facilities.
  • Providing information to guests on all hotel products and services.
  • Be involved with taking payments, cash handling & balancing floats.
  • Answering telephones and handling guests and visitors queries

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
