About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll be a hands-on team player who role models the B&M way of working to your team You’ll support in delivering fantastic store standards every day and will work closely with your Store Manager to maximise the performance of your store. Experience managing medium to large sized teams in a fast-paced & high turnover environment A history of working towards & successfully delivering KPI’s Flexibility to work a range of hours, including weekends & bank holidaysExperience within an FMCG/big box environment is desirable, but not essential. If you feel you’ve got the people, organisational and commercial skills to successfully assist in running your own store, we want to hear from you
