Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The Plough in Ipswich. As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the General Manager and leading a team of talented individuals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and mentor your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to create and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and provide exceptional customer service.
