The Position

We are looking for an exceptional corporate and commercial counsel to join us in the United Kingdom. This role will report to the General Counsel.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide legal advice and support in relation to a wide range of commercial matters. This includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating SaaS agreements, OEM agreements, master service agreements, vendor agreements, data processing/transfer agreements and NDAsRemain up-to-date on relevant industry laws and regulations to ensure an ongoing ability to provide sound compliance adviceCollaborate with global cross-functional internal and external teams on ongoing operational matters, including compliance, corporate governance and data protectionBe proactive in support of team improvement initiatives in relation to provision of legal services and operations, including contract management, corporate responsibility, training and knowledge managementBe a valued member of a growing cross-functional and global team, collaborating with internal stakeholders across the company

What We Need From You 

Qualified to practice law in England and WalesMinimum three years PQE (law firm or in-house legal experience)Experience with a wide variety of commercial arrangements with a willingness and ability to be flexible and to develop new expertiseExperience working in a dynamic B2B sales environmentService-oriented attitude, professional integrity, growth mindsetAbility to resolve complex legal issues practically and efficientlyExceptional organizational and project management skills and the ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and manage workloads to meet deadlines in a challenging and fast-paced environmentTeam player who welcomes responsibility and effectively engages with othersAbility to communicate effectively orally and in writing in a variety of settings

It Would Be Nice If You Had

Experience in the technology industry, with experience in SaaS, IP and/or data protectionSuccessful track record working with multinational companiesExperience working in, degreed or licensed in civil and/or hybrid law jurisdictions and work experience outside of the UKLanguage capability beyond English
