We are recruiting for a HR People Partner for our Wrexham fulfilment centre. This role will be site-based (Wrexham) and autonomous and will provide commercially aligned HR advice and guidance to the site business leaders. Key responsibilities:
- Support/advise team managers/leaders to facilitate effective performance management.
- Hearing and advising on disciplinary, appeals, and grievances.
- Effective identification, monitoring and coaching of employees with performance issues.
- Providing expertise and support in business consultation/restructuring exercises.
- Support, and sometimes lead, change activities and initiatives with the People team that are aligned to strategic objectives.
- Maintaining a relevant external understanding of HR policy and practice and use to improve our competitive advantage.
- Confident in working autonomously but as part of a collaborative wider People team.
- Working knowledge of internal and external HR policies and best practices.
- Working knowledge of UK employment law and EU legislation.
- Ability to support the delivery of change initiatives.
- Redundancy and TUPE experience.
- CIPD would be an advantage.
