SiemensFinancial Services is recruiting for an Internal SalesExecutive within the asset finance sales team, providinginternal support for the vendor referred sales team andintroducers across our sales channels. The role is targeted withdeveloping and supporting relationships with our current third-partyintroducers along with key vendor clients in order to maximise our leasingopportunities in line with the business targets and goals. You will beresponsible for managing transactions from proposal to payout along with eachunit’s business pipeline. 

You’llcreate an impact by:

Managing Siemens Financial Services (SFS) proposals, and final lease submissions in in a timely and accurate manner within the healthcare channel. Developing and supporting SFS relationships with end users, third party introducers and vendor clients in order to maximise SFS leasing opportunities in line with business targets and goals (new Business Volume and profitability). Manage all opportunities from initial enquiry and tender response through to timely new business activation, including liaising with Asset management / Risk / Commercial teams if necessary. Liaise with account development managers and sources of new business to identify all business opportunities for SFS, and deal progression. Supporting Sales meetings with Introducers, Suppliers and end Customers. Pricing of new business opportunities using portfolio based pricing approach. Ensuring sales support by liaising with the wider Asset Finance sales team and other internal departments. Initial assessment of credit risk viability of opportunities, and where applicable completion of a credit report for same including presenting opportunities at the credit committee when required. Update on new business forecasting spreadsheets for submission to Head of Sales on a monthly basis Pro-active contribution to wider company projects and schemes as required. Undertake regular reviews of competitor activity and market intelligence, providing reports / presentations of risks and opportunities, capturing new trends

You’llbring your existing skills and expertise, including:

Professional telephone manner Experience in daily regular customer contact on telephone and written. Ability to work under pressure, be self motivated and proactive. Experience within a similar environment is essential - Account management/sales support/sales administration. Experience in asset or finance leasing would be advantageous. Comprehensive understanding of Lease Products and pricing methodology is preferred. Credit Risk / Lending / Balance sheet assessment / knowledge preferred A willingness to embrace change, contributing new and better ways of working to support our continual improvement culture.
