Outline of the Role:
Due to maternity leave our client has an opening for an Office Administrator. The position is very varied and will include supporting the organisation with Administration for a variety of departments. The role will suit an enthusiastic individual who can offer a customer centric approach whilst contributing to the success of the team.
Responsibilities
- Creating requisitions
- Raising purchase orders
- Goods receipt
- Setting up new clients on the database
- KPI Monitoring
- Maintenance of approved supplier database
- Relationship Management
- Working on a CRM system to create new products and pricing updates.(SAP)
- Assisting the team with a variety of monthly, weekly and ad hoc reports
- Learn and understand the different reporting functions in SAP.
Requirements
- Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables, ability to understand and create formulae, graphs and tables to suit the data etc)
- Willing and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to self-motivate.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Customer Centric Approach
- Accurate and organised
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- SAP beneficial but not essential
Hours of Work
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (37.5 per week)
