We are looking for nurturing and supportive people, who can give our children high levels of therapeutic care and help them to achieve amazing outcomes.  Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21 and have right to work in the UK.  Unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship.
The role:Our Shifnal Assessments home is a two-bed service proving immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support.  Over a 12 week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment.  Every placement provides PACE principle residential care, access to education and participation in outdoor/adventure activities.
