As a member of the dynamic and innovative Digital, Data & Technology directorate, you will be a member of the programme & projects team which will allow you to build on your current skills and experience and provide you with opportunities for personal and professional development.

You will work with a wide range of stakeholders from varying professions across the health board, other NHS and 3rd party organisation/suppliers. This will include the requirement to attend sites regularly, sometimes at short notice. Main duties of the job

You will have specific accountability for ensuring support for the Symphony ED system, to agreed targets with particular focus on the implementation and management of Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements that govern performance metrics for those services. You will also be responsible for reporting of service performance metrics. The Symphony ED systems is a critical clinical system within ABUHB across our ED, MIU's and CEAU areas.

As System Manager you will be the key point of contact for both Digital Data and Technology and wider Health Board consumers of assigned services and bridge the divide between technical teams and service consumers.

You will have responsibility for implementing and managing Continual Service Improvement initiatives for your service(s) to ensure effective and efficient delivery in line with changing organisational needs.

Within Digital Data & Technology you will work cross functionally across project/programme teams (during implementation) and operational teams (for live services) and play a key role in Service Transition activities.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
