We now have an excitingopportunity for a hybrid working model 14 month FTC to covermaternity within our Professional Filter team based inBicester.

About therole

The role is to effectivelymanage the day to day Customer Service deliverables as well asmanage and lead our outstanding Client Services Team and deliverour BRITA Managed Services to ensure consistently high levels ofservice are upheld.

In addition to managing theteam you will be responsible for Service Delivery as well asSystems & Reporting.

Thegeneral day to day deliverables willinclude:

  • Manage andtake ownership for all assigned accounts & associated tasks byworking closely the Business Account executives to understand theclients Business ensuring the most suitable service is offered tomeet their requirements.
  • Work with the BusinessAccounts Managers and Account Executives to agree and delivercartridge replacement targets for the assignedaccounts.
  • Manage registrations email inboxescollections and meter readings to ensure they are completedaccurately within specified SLAs
  • Consistentlymaintain good technical knowledge of BRITA Professional productscompetitor products water quality throughout the UK and legislationpertaining to water quality.

The Management Day to day deliverables willinclude:

  • Manage theClient Services Team to ensure business priorities and servicelevels are met by monitoring performance (efficiency andeffectiveness) of the team in carrying out allocatedwork.
  • Provide reports to the Management Teamand Customers as requested.
  • Act as ProcessOwner for Filter Monitoring work delivered with expertswithin/outside BRITA to ensure the SAP CRM system and anyinterfaces to other systems is maintainedaccurately.
  • Update monthly accurate salesforecasts (volume and value) for BMScustomers.
  • Work with the Sales Team to manageexisting Contract renewals
  • Develop workingrelationships with key customers to ensure their expectations areconsistently met and understood in line with businesstargets.
  • Plan resources where required and workwith Line Manager to recruit any additional or temporarystaff.

A little aboutYou

You will have previousexperience as Team Lead within a Commercially Sales focussed /Service Delivery environment exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills with advanced (preferable) Excel coupled withstrong administrative skills.
This is a hybrid role andwill require 3 days per week in office presence.

You must be highly organised driven and outgoing with aCan Do positive attitude.
