User and Data Focus: Understand user needs, leverage data insights, and set success metrics.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about market conditions and conduct research to inform feature adjustments.
Effective Communication: Foster clear and frequent communication with your team and stakeholders.
Ownership and Drive: Take ownership of problems and solutions, proactively overcoming obstacles.
About you:
Human resource knowledge: Understanding of the HR processes and concepts so you can effectively run the product vision
Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the product to guide the team and make informed decisions.
