Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with senior management to shape the product strategy within your domain, articulating the strategic rationale behind roadmap items.
- Roadmap Development: Clearly communicate the strategic rationale behind roadmap initiatives and actively contribute to shaping the product roadmap.
- Goals and Alignment: Establish OKRs and metrics in collaboration with the Principal Product Manager and drive alignment within your team.
- Problem Space Exploration: Collaborate within the Product team to define the problem space of your domain and leverage product discovery frameworks.
- Design and Research Collaboration: Work closely with Designers and Researchers to refine customer insights and generate valuable features.
- Prioritization: Make informed decisions about small changes or features, considering potential impact and effort.
- Scoping and Trade-offs: Skilfully define the scope for mid-sized features, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of logical trade-offs between metrics, and exhibiting sound judgment when streamlining initial release scope into iterative phases.
- GTM Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with Product Marketing on comprehensive launch plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches for product changes, ensuring a holistic user experience beyond your immediate domain of focus.
- User and Data Focus: Understand user needs within your domain, leverage data insights, and set success metrics.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about market conditions and conduct research to inform feature adjustments.
- Effective Communication: Foster clear and frequent communication with your team and stakeholders.
- Ownership and Drive: Take ownership of problems and solutions, proactively finding ways to overcome obstacles.
