Maximum 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Actual starting salary: £24,294 + Fringe Allowance £689 per annum

We are seeking a Premises Officer to join us at Pound Hill Infant Academy to help us ensure that the school sites are clean, secure and safe for all users. 

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure Academy site. Providing and maintaining a customer-focused service. Providing caretaking duties including maintenance, janitorial and portage tasks. Supervising external contractors.

You will have:

Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning: DIY, painting & decorating, general garden maintenance etc Experience of maintaining health & safety in a workplace A good working knowledge of Microsoft office Full clean driving licence with access to own transport The ability to work as part of our team and independently

Pound Hill Infant Academy

Pound Hill Infant Academy, nestled in the heart of Crawley, West Sussex, accommodates 270 pupils aged 4-7 years old. Our academy prides itself on providing a warm and inclusive environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential.
