About the Role

Pound Hill Infant Academy is seeking a skilled and experienced Premises Officer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and secure Academy site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the Academy site.
  • Provide and maintain a customer-focused service to staff, students, and visitors.
  • Carry out caretaking duties, including maintenance, janitorial, and portage tasks.
  • Supervise external contractors and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.

Requirements

  • Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning, including DIY, painting, and decorating, and general garden maintenance.
  • Experience of maintaining health and safety in a workplace.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Full clean driving license with access to own transport.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
