Job summary
To provide a full and efficient system administrator support to the e-Rostering Business Manager, Workforce Information Analyst and Workforce Information Manager.
To provide support to the e-Rostering Business Manager, Workforce Information Analyst and Workforce Information Manager in the collection, collation, and presentation of workforce information.
Administrating the Workforce information systems, implementing improvements and projects.
Support workforce information system users across the trust by providing training and solutions to queries and issues.
Preparing pay information and submit to payroll providers, respond to errors and resolve pay queries.
The workforce systems include e-Rostering (RLDatix) system and related modules and the Electronic Staff Record (ESR).

Education & Qualification
Essential
Relevant qualification or experience at intermediate level in the use of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and use pivot tables, formulas and graphs. Literacy/Numeracy at Level 3 or equivalent and or relevant experience
Experience & Knowledge
Essential
Experience of administrative processes Proven experience in both 1:1 and small group teaching and training Knowledge of teaching methods and processes Experience of data collection, analysis, and producing reports on the findings.
Desirable
Experience of working in healthcare administration Understanding of project and planning processes Understanding of rostering processes Experience of using HR Systems to enter and maintain data. Knowledge and use of ESR to extract data and build reports

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information to colleagues verbally and in writing. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships Systematic approach to problem solving Good organisational skills Good overall knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint. Ability to learn new IT systems effectively and provide guidance to others on the systems.
