The Role

As an H&S Intelligence and Improvement Lead you’ll have a role that is out of the ordinary, delivering the global safety intelligence and improvement strategy, process and framework you’ll be making a global impact on safety processes, policy, culture and performance.

Day-to-day you'll be:

Providing global health and safety data to enable knowledge management, continual improvement, cross-organisational learning and to inform global risk profile and required corrective/preventative actions. Working as part of a team to deliver the global safety intelligence and improvement strategy, process and framework, collectively known as the SPF, reflecting data sets, defining dashboards and KPIs. Maintaining personal Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel as part of a resource pool capable of delivering global health and safety elements of intelligence and improvement and be part of a global engaged community of internal/external subject matter experts.

This role is full-time, 37 hours per week with agile working options, including flexible start and finish times, home working, compressed hours and flexible breaks.

Essential experience of the H&S Intelligence and Improvement Lead:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong competency with using Data Visualisation tools such as Data BI


Qualifications for the H&S Intelligence and Improvement Lead:

NEBOSH certificate or an equivalent qualification
