The Role
As an H&S Intelligence and Improvement Lead you’ll have a role that is out of the ordinary, delivering the global safety intelligence and improvement strategy, process and framework you’ll be making a global impact on safety processes, policy, culture and performance.
**Day-to-day you'll be**:
Providing global health and safety data to enable knowledge management, continual improvement, cross-organisational learning and to inform global risk profile and required corrective/preventative actions.
Working as part of a team to deliver the global safety intelligence and improvement strategy, process and framework, collectively known as the SPF, reflecting data sets, defining dashboards and KPIs.
This role is full-time, 37 hours per week with agile working options, including flexible start and finish times, home working, compressed hours and flexible breaks.
Essential experience of the H&S Intelligence and Improvement Lead:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong competency with using Data Visualisation tools such as Data BI
**Qualifications for the H&S Intelligence and Improvement Lead**:
NEBOSH certificate or an equivalent qualification
