As a Senior Product Manager you will work closely with stakeholders and cross functional teams across retail and digital to develop requirements aligned to the strategy, overseeing product strategy, working closely with dev teams and ensuring business readiness of any new product release.

Reporting to the Director of Gaming Product, you will be part of the Gaming Product Team, who are responsible for new features, personalised customer experiences, navigation, product discovery, engagement tools and more.

What you will do

  • Contribute deep knowledge of our users and the data about how our customers engage with our products, constantly seeking points of leverage that will help us achieve Entain’s broader goals and ambitions.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog ensuring that features are well-defined, estimated, and aligned with our users’ needs and business priorities.
  • Lead, develos and coach a stellar team of product professional, guiding them in discovery, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and formal product documentation such as feature sheets and user guides.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, technology, compliance, commercial, finance and legal to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Clearly define product requirements, features and functionalities using agile methodologies.
  • Partner with technology and design teams to deliver a world class product offering, ensuring quality and timely product delivery.

  • Product discovery - Conducting research, experimentation, and validation to uncover user needs, market opportunities, and viable solutions, informing the development of successful products that meet customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Product strategy & vision- Crafting a comprehensive roadmap and long-term vision for a product, aligning it with market demands, customer needs, and organisational goals to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
  • Agile methodologies - A set of adaptive and collaborative approaches to project management and software development that prioritize flexibility, customer involvement, and iterative progress.
  • Team leadership & development - Guiding and inspiring team members, fostering their growth and collaboration, and steering them towards achieving shared objectives with a focus on individual and collective progress.
