Skills& Experience

Overall20 years of experience with majority in growing or Big IT services/Consulting firms At least 15 years ofexperience managing onsiteoffshore based delivery and experienceleading delivery of Microsoft TechnologyProducts Owned P&L and overalldelivery management of $15Million Revenue in an onsiteoffshoredelivery execution model Singlehandedly ownedexecuted and grown account portfolio of $5Mil from onsite oroffshore Customer First approach withexceptional relationship building and management skills to deliversuperior services Outcome oriented executionwith clear focus on metricsbased delivery assuranceAbility to understand WinWire ecosystem to deliveraccelerated revenue growth Highly desirable ifthe candidate has experience working with a Pharma/ LifeSciences company for a minimum of 2 years

Responsibilities

Delivery Management

Be responsible for smooth execution of the assigneddevelopment and consulting projects Connectwith the offshore Delivery/ Project Managers for project reviewsrisks evaluation and tracking issues on a weekly basisConduct regular connects with the customerspointofcontact for project feedback/issues/ escalation andestablishing a good relationship Prepare anddrive presentations to customers during Monthly Connects QuarterlyBusiness Reviews/ Steerco meetings Reportsprogress objectively and concisely to senior management providingrecommendations for acceleration Be WinWireproject teams point of contact for projectspecific customerescalation/ follow ups Be aware of thecustomers delivery process and suggest necessary internal changesto the delivery process to align with the customersprocess Support India and US hiring team withinterview process and smooth onboarding of the selectedcandidates. Own and maintain Account Playbookwith regular updates

Account Management

Work with the Account Manager & delivery team on anynew opportunity (EN) in the Account and review the Opportunityclosure plan Proactively update the AccountManagement team of any changes at the customer endBuild and establish relationships with existing and newcontacts within and across departments at the customerlocation Initiate prepare and activelyparticipate in the Monthly and Quarterly Business Review meetingwith the customer Manage P&L for theaccounts with respect to Revenue Gross Margin and operationalexcellence covering the resource utilization bench andbilling Keep WinWire Management team updatedof any customer escalation/ concerns/ issues at the project as wellas account level Initiate and Track hiringrequest with the Hiring Team for all hiring positions (Projects andConsulting) for the account and be responsible for closure of thepositions

TechnicalCompetency

Be wellversedwith Microsoft TechnologyLandscape at Level 200 Understandthe customer technology landscape to provide necessary guidance tothe delivery team Organize Brown Bagsessions/envisions sessions for demonstrating WinWire Technicalcapabilities in the areas the customer is interested in and/orneeds help

PeopleManagement

  • Track hiringpreboarding and joining of resources (FTE/ Contract) hired forvarious engagements
  • Ensure added resources areengaged and mentored well to bring them to WinWire culture at theearliest
  • Conduct regular 1:1 with the seniorteam members to mentor/ track/act on specific concerns
  • Work with the L&D department for training needsspecific to customer projects and track it to closure
  • Work with the HR department on any concerns raised by theteam members
  • Identify performing team membersfor Spot Award Quarterly Award and Annual Award
  • Encourage team members to be part of WinWire events likeBrown Bag sessions Friday events (as applicable)
