About the role

Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to work on our Thames Water Lot 4 Developer Services Major Projects contract in the London and Thames Valley Areas.

As Site Manager you will provide all necessary coordination of personnel/contractors and site management, client liaison, supervision, and technical support in the delivery of construction work activities. You will consistently demonstrate, promote, and develop high standards of safety behaviour, leading by example.

You will also undertake site inspection of projects, focusing on the safe and compliant delivery of all activities while maintaining high quality of work completed and addressing weaknesses or failings. You will ensure all required data, records, forms etc. are recorded and submitted accurately and by the appropriate deadlines for Client assurance.

The Key Requirements

Do you have previous utilities experience?

Have you completed Deep Excavation, NRSWA, SMSTS, CAT & Genny, National Water Hygiene, Manual handling and Abrasive Wheels?

Are you an excellent communicator with the ability to influence and present information in a clear, logical, and informative way?

Do you have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to understand management information and solve problems daily?
