Miller Homes, a national homebuilder, is seeking an Apprentice Assistant Site Manager to join our team. This role offers hands-on learning experiences, mentorship, and development opportunities to aspiring professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure site compliance with health and safety standards and regulations
- Maintain site presentation and housekeeping to meet company standards
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to achieve project goals
- Plan and manage NHBC inspections and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Manage subcontractors and materials quality to ensure high-quality construction
Required Skills and Abilities
- Excellent planning, organizing, and monitoring abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers
- Positive attitude and ambition to succeed in the homebuilding industry
