About the Role

Miller Homes, a leading national homebuilder, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Early Talent Scheme as an Apprentice Assistant Site Manager. This comprehensive program offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and tailored development opportunities across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company health and safety standards, National House Builders Council (NHBC) standards, building regulations, and quality and presentation standards.
  • Maintain the overall presentation and housekeeping of the site to the 'Miller Standard' and Miller Production Procedures.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external suppliers, and partners to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Plan and arrange visits for NHBC inspection and Building Control stage inspections.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints during the production cycle.
  • Liaise with the Development Sales Manager, Buying Department, customer, and sub-contractors regarding customer choices.
  • Assist the Site Management Team and Customer Service Manager in resolving customer concerns and issues.
  • Assist the Site Management Team in managing the quality of work carried out by sub-contractors and materials supplied by manufacturers.
