Job SummaryWe are excited to introduce our Early Talent Scheme, a comprehensive program designed to provide aspiring professionals with hands-on learning, mentorship, and tailored development opportunities across various departments. This scheme is ideal for individuals eager to kickstart their careers and passionate about continuous growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with company health and safety standards, National House Builders Council (NHBC) standards, building regulations, and quality and presentation standards on site.
- Maintain the overall presentation and housekeeping of the site to the 'Miller Standard' and Miller Production Procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments, external suppliers, and partners to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate NHBC inspections and building control visits.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints during the production cycle.
- Liaise with the Development Sales Manager, Buying Department, customers, and sub-contractors regarding customer choices.
- Assist the Site Management Team and Customer Service Manager in resolving customer concerns and issues.
- Assist the Site Management Team in managing the quality of work carried out by sub-contractors and materials supplied by manufacturers.
- Ability to plan, organize, and monitor.
- Excellent communication skills, IT, written, and oral.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships.
- Positive can-do attitude to succeed and progress within the business.
- Drive and ambition.
- Hands-On Experience: individuals will work on real projects and initiatives, gaining practical skills and insights into their chosen field.
