About the role

Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Site Foreman on our Thames Water Major Projects contract in the London and Thames Valley Areas.

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations of teams allocated to you, co-ordinate with site management, allocate task and monitor progress. You will ensure the work is conducted in an efficient, safe, customer-facing and productive manner whilst maintaining the highest possible quality. 

As a foreman you will be responsible for the completion and sign off permits as required and responsible to ensure all tasks are carried out safely and to the required standards. You will check training certification and competencies and ensure plant and equipment is safe, calibrated and being used by authorized personnel. You will complete and submit site audits and close out site actions. You will be responsible for carrying out PPE checks and ensure site compliance with NRSWA notices and permit conditions.

The Key Requirements

Do you have previous clean and wastewater experience?

Have you completed Deep Excavation, NRSWA, SSSTS, CAT & Genny, National Water Hygiene, Manual handling, and Abrasive Wheels?

Do you have good communication skills with the ability to influence and present information in a clear, logical, and informative way?

Do you have great problem-solving skills?

Are you a great planner?

Do you have excellent customer service skills?
