Holidays are booming in the North York Moors and we are urgently looking for new people, and current National Trust staff, who would like occasional hours of work preparing our holiday cottages for our guests.

Hours: You’ll need to be available between 10am and 3.30pm with the main changeover days being Fridays and Mondays, however short breaks mean that changeover days can also fall on other days of the week; there is no Sunday working. Rotas are issued in advance, and we try to accommodate other commitments where possible. Immediate start available.

Please note:

· This is a physical role involving lifting, bedmaking, climbing stairs, and being on your feet for 5.5 hours.

· There is no public transport so you will need access to your own car.

· This is a flexible (zero hours) role, fixed term for one year.

INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY 21st JUNE 2023

Pay: £11.50 per hour

What it's like to work here

The cottages in Bransdale are set in a location with amazing landscapes and history, and you’ll reap the benefits of working in gorgeous surroundings. What you'll be doing

On change-over days, you’ll make sure that everything’s clean and prepared for our guests to arrive. This will include making sure the cottage is thoroughly cleaned, well presented and welcoming for our guests. We’d also like you to keep an eye out and report any repairs or odd jobs that need doing along with replacing any broken items from the store supplies.

Full Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) is provided for all teams and additional extensive measures in place to protect staff.
