We're seeking a passionate and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. You'll collaborate with renowned hotels and restaurants worldwide, fostering strong partnerships and propelling our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
In your role as Business Development Executive, you will:
Cultivate and manage key accounts, building lasting relationships and exceeding client expectations through exceptional service. Leverage deep industry knowledge to become a trusted advisor, recommending the perfect Bermar solution to solve clients' unique needs. Strategically expand our business through effective networking, relationship building, and identifying new opportunities in diverse markets. Represent Bermar at key industry events and travel for meetings, events, and shows, expanding our global reach and brand awareness. Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop and execute targeted sales strategies based on market trends and data analysis. Deliver regular reports to senior management, showcasing progress on initiatives and exceeding sales targets. Manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and successful sales pipeline.Skills required:
Experience in B2B sales or account management preferred. Hospitality industry experience; WSET Level 2 or equivalent education is ideal. Good negotiation and presentation skills; adept in written and verbal communication. Highly motivated, ambitious, and determined individual. Strong self-management and prioritisation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects with sharp attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.What you get in return:
