As a Responsive Repairs Coordinator you will be providing a high-quality, professional, and responsive front-line customer focussed service relating to property repairs and maintenance which meets both customer expectations and KPIs.

Location: Liverpool waterfront

Salary: £23,920 Per Annum - Maternity Cover

Responsive Repairs Coordinator Main Duties:

  • Take a proactive approach to customer care, being responsible for each contact and ensuring the best customer experience, liaising with colleagues and contractors to gather information and book in appointments as required.
  • Provide a first point of contact for dealing with Repairs enquiries.
  • Schedule engineers for both planned servicing works and responsive repairs.
  • Monitor the completion of allocated jobs and work with operatives to reschedule when appropriate.
  • Deal with problems and complaints and escalate when necessary, through the correct Prima channels.
  • Ensure operative’s diaries are managed efficiently to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out any general administrative duties required as part of the role and support colleagues in other teams as required. 
  • Contribute to the organisation's drive for continuous service improvement in Customer Services

  • Highly organised administrator and a team player
  • Experience of domestic gas administration (Desirable)
