At Gregory Distribution Ltd, we have a vacancy for a Recruitment Advisor based at our Cullompton Depot.

The position will involve:

Supporting the recruitment process from end to end. This will include, writing job descriptions for vacancies, managing applicants, updating our Recruitment Management System, shortlisting, arranging interviews, rejecting applications ensuring that even if they are not successful they have an excellent experience. Training Managers on the recruitment process and their responsibilities. Actively sourcing the best talent for our business using different attraction and selection methods. Writing job descriptions and creating them into advertisements ready to publish, supported by the Recruitment Manager where necessary. Post adverts on the internal online jobs board and external website and relevant job boards. Managing recruitment hotline, speaking to internal and external applicants and managing their expectations. Working with managers on their areas vacancies and agreeing a strategy and timeline. Attracting and sourcing candidates for our vacancies. Where appropriate, contacting applicants to pre-screen against the minimum requirements, with support from the Recruitment Manager. Supporting complex, UK wide recruitment projects, leading and coordinating the activity of different areas of the business. Supporting in interviews where required. Supporting the Recruitment Manager in managing an effective candidate experience. Assisting with Social Media based activities. Housekeeping for our internal on-line recruitment system. Updating and creating reports as and when required.
