**Salary**

Salary for FACTs Advisor is between £35,000pa - £40,000pa, dependent on experience, based on 45 hours per week. This will include the use of a company vehicle. Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 08:00hrs - 17:00hrs.

** FACTs Advisor **based at our
**Cullompton **Depot.

**The position of FACTs Advisor involves**:

- Produce farm nutrient reports and nutrient management plans for the farmers as required by the contract.
- Use FACTS knowledge and experience to build customer confidence in the products available.
- Liaise with the Land Management team and customers regarding soil suitability and guide farmers on their crop management.
- Use legislation and guidance to help the client maximise output and help farmers maximise their return from crop management.
- Identifying new farm customers and recycling sites suitable for available product.
- Visiting farms to establish working relationship with farmers and contractors.
- Provide assistance to Supervisors where needed to review daily recycling operations.
- Manage the drinking water biosolids to land operation to include deployments, sourcing land bank and liaison with the transport team.
- Travel to meet with farmers.
- Advising farmers on compliance with current legislation and use of governmental or EU schemes.
- Keeping abreast of agricultural legislation, government and environmental regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Based regionally to liaise with key agricultural stakeholders and landowners in regard to transport, tipping, storage and spreading activities.
- Assist farmers and contractors with the preparation of key documentation.
- Liaise and maintain good working relationships with local EA officers.
- Report on product quality.
- Support the Agriculture and Compliance Manager providing advice and guidance to farmers when speaking at shows from exhibition cart.
- Provide sales, consultancy, Training and assistance services to the team and to local farmers.
- Safeguarding environmental sustainability, safety and quality.
- To oversee an area of the Waste water Biosolids to land operation.
- Approval of Biosolids stores submitted by the Agricultural & Compliance Supervisors.
- Completion of Quarterly waste returns.
- Ensure compliance with Farming rules for Water and BAS.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new procedures and policies.
- Adhere to company and contractual obligations regarding stockpile inspections and completing all required paperwork.
- Adherence to all Health & Safety, Environmental and Business Management policies and procedures.
