Finance / Accounts Administrator-  Finchley, London

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance/Accounts Administrator on behalf of our client, located in Finchley,. Our client is committed to providing excellent service to their clients and is looking for a candidate who shares those values. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have bookkeeping or financial administration experience. 

Duties include:

  • Bookkeeping and accountcng
  • Drafting financial statements 
  • Liaising with clients and investors
  • Organising and maintaining databases and files
  • Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assisting with banking and payments procedures

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience using accounting software (such as QuickBooks or Xero)
  • Experience working in an accounts position in a commercial setting (minimum 2 years required)
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience dealing with client correspondence via phone/outlook
  • Experience in real estate/property finance is preferred
  • Accounting/Bookkeeping qualifications are a bonus

Salary - £28k - £32k PA 

Hours - 9 - 530 (flexibility offered for the right candidate).
