Temporary Finance Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant to join this interesting organisation
Starting as soon as possible, you will be responsible for the accurate processing of accounts for the finance function.
A small finance team, who work collaboratively, are seeking a like-minded and enthusiastic individual to support during this busy period.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Finance Assistant Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Sales and Purchase ledger tasks Bank transaction processing Processing cash and credit card expenses Monitoring of Finance mail boxes Assisting with quarterly VAT returns Journal preparation and processing Assisting with claim preparation and commercial income Assisting with Management Account Activities Assisting with project related reportingTemporary Finance Assistant Rewards

Temporary Finance Assistant Requirements
Sound financial and administrative skills, along with the ability to communicate well with people at different levels Highly numerate and analytical Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High levels of IT literacy overall and familiar with Excel. Self-motivated and a strong team player Ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively Positive ‘can do’ attitude with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with seasonal pressure points-
