The Role:

As our Interventions Lead within the Personal Wellbeing Services, you'll play a critical role in supporting adult male ex-offenders across key pathways including Family and Significant Others, Lifestyle and Associates, Emotional Wellbeing Services, and Social Inclusion. You’ll ensure our interventions are of the highest quality, meet contractual requirements, and are aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance & Development:

    • Ensure interventions are engaging, effective, and meet national standards.
    • Innovate and expand our intervention materials to remain relevant and accessible.

  • Staff Support & Development:

    • Provide guidance and training to staff, building confidence in intervention delivery.
    • Lead collaboration efforts, bringing together staff and service users to co-create impactful interventions.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Promote intervention updates and ensure materials are accessible to all staff.
    • Engage in working groups to support inclusion and service user voice.

  • Service User Involvement:

    • Facilitate focus groups to ensure interventions address the diverse needs of service users.

  • Project Management:

    • Manage intervention students, ensuring robust project completion and a comprehensive learning experience.

Position: Interventions Lead
Location: London based services
Salary: £32,240
Contract Type: Full time, permanent 

Hours: Full time, 38 hours per week.
